We are now seeking an experienced and driven Construction Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales team while also managing our marketing initiatives, ensuring Beaumonde Homes remains a trusted and reputable name in Perth's luxury home market.

About the Role

As our Sales Manager, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of experienced sales consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, loyalty and results.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • You'll lead the client journey from sign-up to contract, ensuring every preliminary milestone is met on schedule and delivered with a flawless luxury experience.
  • Take ownership of marketing from strategy to execution, ensuring our campaigns reflect our brand's luxury positioning.
  • Manage advertising, display home campaigns, events and trade partnerships.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain brand integrity and reputation across all channels.
  • Champion innovation, driving new approaches that elevate both sales and marketing outcomes.
About You

To be successful, you will bring:

  • 5+ years' experience in a senior sales role within the residential construction, ideally luxury or custom builds.
  • A proven track record of consistent sales success and team leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to introduce effective change within sales or marketing teams.
  • Strong marketing skills with experience across digital, print, events and brand management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • A collaborative, loyal, and hands-on approach, balancing leadership with execution.
  • Be part of a respected, award-winning luxury builder with a reputation built on trust.
  • Lead both the sales and marketing functions, making a real impact on the business.
  • Work with a loyal, experienced team and long-standing suppliers and trades.
