We're looking for an experienced Prestart Consultant to join our dynamic team. Experience in the industry will be highly regarded.

Key responsibilities
  • Arrange, conduct, and finalize Prestart selection meetings.
  • Provide regular updates to clients informing how their project is progressing through pre-construction.
  • Preparation & administration of Contractual Documents such as Variations, Final Documents etc.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Build relationships with both internal and external clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service throughout pre-construction journey.
To be considered for the role, you will have
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills;
  • Team focused attitude and communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills;
  • Willingness to learn, develop & be adaptive within the role
  • Current police clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
The following would be advantageous, but not essential
  • Proven ability to read and interpret house plans.
  • Experience in finalizing contractual documents and addenda's
  • Experience in using a range of computer systems (Click Homes, Constructive, MS Office);
