Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH) is a 783-bed tertiary hospital offering a range of health services including the State Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, purpose-built mental health unit, maternity, paediatric and neonatal services, and the State Adult Burns Service. FSH also delivers specialised services such as heart and lung transplantations and hyperbaric medicine.

SMHS delivers quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than 3,300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth.

About the Role

As a Clerical Workforce Officer, you will play a vital role in coordinating administrative functions, maintaining accurate workforce records, and ensuring seamless communication across departments. You’ll be the backbone of our clerical operations supporting staff, streamlining processes, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

The successful applicant will coordinate onboarding, education and quality activities within FSFHG Health Information Management Services to ensure services meet Hospital and Departmental needs.

- Demonstrated significant experience in an administrative role, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Demonstrated well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Demonstrated experience in using a range of software applications including MS Word / Excel / Outlook and various databases / systems.
