Position Title Outpatient Clerk Location Subiaco, WA Unit Women And Newborn Health Service > Corporate Services - Health Information and Administrative Services (HIAS) Application Deadline 18 November 2025, 4:00 PM Role Overview As part of the Health Information and Administrative Services (HIAS), the Outpatient Clerk provides a high‑quality, efficient clerical service to outpatient areas, supporting frontline customer and reception services and managing the medical record and patient information system. Key Responsibilities - Provide clerical support to outpatient facilities, including reception and customer service. - Maintain accurate medical records and patient information within the system. - Assist the Outpatient Administrative Coordinator with administrative tasks. Qualifications & Experience - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in health administration or clerical work a plus. - Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude. - Ability to uphold the core values of Care, Respect, Innovation, Teamwork and Integrity.
