Ready to shape the future of workplace culture?
We’re on the hunt for a People & Culture Business Partner who’s not just experienced—but passionate about driving real change. If you’re a dynamic P&C professional with strong generalist HR expertise and a sharp edge in employee and industrial relations, this is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment where your impact truly matters.
About the Role:
Step into a key role where your expertise will directly influence outcomes on our Court Services and Custodial Support contract. As a trusted advisor to our leaders, you’ll help shape and deliver a people strategy that drives performance and fosters a positive, inclusive culture. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll provide proactive, pragmatic, and people-first solutions across the full employee lifecycle.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing clear, confident advice and leadership on employee and industrial relations matters
- Coaching leaders to build high performing, engaged teams
- Driving workforce planning, talent development, and change initiatives
- Collaborating across the broader People & Culture function to deliver seamless, strategic support
About you:
You’re not just an HR generalist—you’re a trusted advisor, a confident communicator, and a natural relationship builder. You thrive in complex environments, bring clarity to challenging situations, and know how to influence outcomes that matter. You’ll bring:
- Solid experience in a People & Culture Business Partner role, where you've made a real impact
- In-depth knowledge of Australian employment legislation, industrial instruments, and union interactions
- A knack for building strong relationships and communicating with influence across all levels
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset—and a genuine passion for supporting people and driving positive change
- Be part of a supportive and inclusive culture where your voice is heard and valued
- Access opportunities for professional growth and development to help you reach your potential
- Enjoy flexibility, including work-from-home options, and wellbeing initiatives designed to help you thrive
- Contribute to meaningful projects that make a real impact in the community and beyond
- Work from our Canning Vale location with the added convenience of free onsite parking
