About The Role
Turn data into decisions that matter. Join a collaborative analytics team driving performance across Workers Compensation and Commercial lines. As an Insights Business Partner, you'll deliver performance intelligence that supports strategic decisions across Commercial & Personal Injury. You'll work closely with senior leaders to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities that improve outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver insights that guide strategic and operational decisions
  • Partner with senior leaders to analyse performance and drive improvement
  • Present trends and recommendations in monthly performance reviews
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support key business decisions
  • Build trusted relationships across C&PI and supporting teams
  • Identify emerging trends and recommend actions for improvement

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years in performance analytics or decision-making roles
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in tools like SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Experience in Workers Compensation or insurance is a plus
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and innovation
