NES FIRCROFT are working along side WOODSIDE Energy in search for a Contracts & Procurement Analyst or Administrator.

**About the Role**:
The position is a key member of the Contracting & Procurement team as a focal point delivering contract lifecycle management services and guidance to the business.

Support administrative category management activities including cost models, market intelligence, supplier performance and reporting.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Ensure contracts, purchase orders and call-offs comply with the Contracting and Procurement Procedures

Saving required documentation and correspondence to the contract management system

Anti-bribery and corruption and financial capability supplier due diligence - reviewing intelligence information and running checks, ensures regulatory compliance

Coordinates the contract approval process (e.g. signatures, approval documents) via Contract Management System

Assesses performance of low risk contracts, using key documentation (e.g. contract management plan, schedule, risk, cost and KPIs) and participating in routines that monitor performance against key metrics, to support the identification of potential deviations

Develops and provides option analysis to contract owner (e.g. supporting termination, performance issues) to remedy low risk contract breaches, reports on Contractor/Vendor performance to key stakeholders

Managing Contract expiry dates, contract ceilings flags, and International Compliance Registers

Coordinate, Manage and document meetings, for tenderer or contractor engagement, including supplier performance reporting

Provides historical spend, vendor and market data to support cost analysis and cost basis reporting to aid in the development of contracting strategies

Uses supplier financial data, performance metrics and other available commercial information to make basic commercial recommendations for supply contracts or purchase orders

**Qualifications**

Ideal to be working towards or holds an accredited diploma qualification in a related discipline (not mandatory)

**Experience & Technical Competencies**

3 or more years in a Supply Chain / Contracts Administration environment

ERP system expertise, SAP / Ariba Platform preferred

Knowledge of Ariba, Sharepoint, WiRCS and JIRA would be an advantage

Contract lifecycle management system experience

**Start Date**: ASAP

**Duration of Assignment**: 24 months

**Roster**:Mon-Fri

**Size of Team**:10 people

**Additional Information / Project specifics**: This role will support the Digital C&P team who are responsible for procuring all digital ad IT related products and services.
