About the role:

The Leasing Assistant will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience at rental inspections and providing support to our broader Property Management Team. You will also play a key role in shaping and adapting how we better deliver a value-added support function to our dynamic team and clients alike.

Responsibilities

- Conduct property inspections with prospective tenants – must be available to work on Saturdays
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist potential tenants in completing rental applications and lease agreements
- Conduct thorough background checks and verify application information
- Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure landlord and tenant satisfaction
- Collaborate and support the Property Management team across our metro offices

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

- Real Estate qualification is essential
- Current Driver's license and car
- Outstanding polished and professional communication skill
- A team player that demonstrates initiative
- Possesses a can-do attitude and a warm, friendly and professional manner
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
