We are on the lookout for a 12-month Fixed-Term Lease Analyst to join our VIC Metro Leasing team. This role is fixed-term to cover a maternity leave.
As Metropolitan Melbourne’s office market continues to perform, JLL’s Metropolitan team are in need of an analyst to join their team.

**What this opportunity involves**:
We are now on the lookout for a new and experienced Lease Analyst (Fixed-Term) at JLL to support our Melbourne Metro Leasing Team. You will be responsible for assisting our successful leasing business in day-to-day operations.
Working within a fast-paced team, your focus will be on property portfolio activities relating to lease renewals, negotiations, rent-reviews, statutory charges, as well as proactively problem-solving queries relating to lease / license documentation. You’ll act as a primary point of contact and interact daily with relevant stakeholders to keep leasing documentation current and accurate whilst striving toward developing strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes.
**An overview of the role**:
- Effectively manage data and systems for the leasing department
- Maintain and take responsibility for the CBD leasing database
- Liaise with the broader industry (agents, tenants and their advisers) to ensure accurate record keeping and market information
- Assist in interpreting the data and preparation of market presentations, material and client distributions
- Assist the leasing teams in daily operations
- Cross-check and verify system data on a regular basis
- Maintain and upload internet listings
- Work with the JLL Research team and internal stakeholders to innovate our leasing material, presentations and client distributions
- Support the leasing team with marketing campaign management and processes
**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
You may be an Analyst with proven experience in the property industry, who is looking at further developing your commercial property exposure. Critical to the success of the role is your strong analytical ability, excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders. Computer literacy in PowerPoint, Excel & Word is essential. The capability to operate InDesign will also be highly regarded.
This role requires strong planning and organisational skills and an ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. You’ll be an enthusiastic, self-motivated person with some exposure to the commercial property business and are seeking the challenges of a role that will allow you grow your capabilities.
