Training Administration Officer
Full-time Temporary

ACT ESA Training is seeking expressions of interest to fill a short-term vacancy for the portion of Training Administration Officer (ASO 3).

This role provides a broad range of administrative services to ensure the smooth operation of training activities across the ESA Training Centre, such as:

- Coordinate, schedule, and book training courses.

- Deliver high-quality client service to internal and external stakeholders.

- Respond to general training-related enquiries.

- Draft routine correspondence and documentation.

- Act as the central point of contact for maintenance issues across the centre.

- Contribute to the review and improvement of administrative procedures.

- Perform basic data entry tasks.

- Assist with classroom setup and pack-down as required.

Eligibility/Other requirements:

- To be eligible for permanent or temporary employment within the ACT Public Service (ACTPS) you must be an Australian citizen, a permanent resident or hold a valid work visa.

- If an officer no longer holds a visa that permits them to work in Australia, their employment with the ACT Public Service (ACTPS) will be terminated.

- Driver’s licence Class C is essential due to location and no access to public transport.

- This position does not require a pre-employment medical.

Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until 02 January 2026. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only.

A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
