About the Services and Administration Officer - Disability and Aged Care role
Join YourCH as a Services & Admin Officer in Disability & Aged Care Drive smooth CDC operations, manage contracts and billing, support clients and staff and build community connections. Be part of a passionate team creating inclusive health and wellbeing for all. Reporting to the Allied Health Manager, this is a fixed term full-time role (1.0 FTE) until 31 December 2026. Offices located in the Northern Suburbs.
Your Passion and Commitment will see you:
- Coordinate access to Allied Health and Social Support services
- Prepare and track service agreements and budgets
- Schedule and monitor clinical appointments
- Manage CDC portals including NDIS My Place, bookings, and billing
- Build relationships with clients and external stakeholders
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Advanced Diploma in Business Management / Administration Management or higher is desirable
- Demonstrated contract admin experience, includingbilling
- Knowledge of community health, NFP sectorand reforms
- Experience working with diverse and CALD communities
- Ability to work independently and in senior team roles
