Office Administrator

**About the role**
You will be working within the office team to assist with various administration & accounts receivable tasks. There will also be some data entry. The environment is fast paced and demanding.
This role will be an early morning start 06:00am - 2:00pm, Monday to Friday.
**Skills and experience**
We are looking for a confident minded individual with a high attention to detail, strong problem solving abilities and excellent time management. You will have a strong commitment to safety and compliance across our business. Having ability to work in an open, collaborative, and inclusive manner will ensure success in this role.
- Previous experience in the transport and logistics industry (preferred, however not essential)
- Previous experience working with accounts payable/ receivable (however not essential)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate Outlook & MS Skills
- Strong internal and external customer focus
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Data Entry & Invoicing
- Document Control
- Liaise closely with the external and internal stakeholders to ensure stock is being delivered on time and efficiently
- Ensure prompt and effective follow up and response to internal and external customer's enquiries.
- Provide administrative & account support to office manager where required.
**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
