Your opportunity

Are you a proactive and dynamic professional ready to make a real impact?

Due to a recent promotion, we’re looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support our Group General Manager – Wholesale Capital & JVs & Fund Manager, MWOF. In this pivotal role, you’ll bring energy, precision, and a solutions-focused mindset, ensuring seamless support and outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.

In this role you will

- Take ownership of calendar management, ensuring seamless scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
- Coordinate national and international meetings, site tours, investor events, and roadshows
- Preparing client packs, reports, and presentations for review
- Be the key point of contact for investor engagement logistics – from executive lunches to large-scale conferences.
- Maintain and update Mirvac’s CRM with key partner interactions
- Manage travel arrangements, expense processing (via Concur), and provide general administrative support.

Your point of difference

- Experience managing complex diaries
- Good IT Skills - intermediate level in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills and pro-active nature
- Event coordination and/or marketing experience would be a bonus
- Interest in and willingness to learn more about the property industry
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
