Your opportunity

Are you a proactive and dynamic professional ready to make a real impact?

Due to a recent promotion, we're looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support our Group General Manager – Wholesale Capital & JVs & Fund Manager, MWOF. In this pivotal role, you'll bring energy, precision, and a solutions-focused mindset, ensuring seamless support and outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders.

In this role you will:

Take ownership of calendar management, ensuring seamless scheduling across multiple time zones and stakeholders.

Coordinate national and international meetings, site tours, investor events, and roadshows

Preparing client packs, reports, and presentations for review

Be the key point of contact for investor engagement logistics – from executive lunches to large-scale conferences.

Maintain and update Mirvac's CRM with key partner interactions

Manage travel arrangements, expense processing (via Concur), and provide general administrative support.

Your point of difference:

Experience managing complex diaries

Good IT Skills - intermediate level in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Strong organisational skills and pro-active nature

Event coordination and/or marketing experience would be a bonus

Interest in and willingness to learn more about the property industry

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging across all levels.

A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
