**Business Unit**

Group Treasury is responsible for managing AMP Bank and AMP Group’s with short and long-term wholesale funding plus residential mortgage-backed securitisation programme, as well as market risk management and regulatory capital position. It is responsible for execution and management of warehouse sales and substitution of assets into the Bank’s self-securitisation on deal

**The opportunity**

Securitisation is a funding source and capital management tool for AMP Bank. Reporting into the Head of Securitisation this role is responsible for both new and existing securitisation transactions documentation, monitoring prudential requirements, and managing operational issues for securitised assets.

It is ensuring ongoing compliance with trust documentation, prudential regulation and listing requirements, assisting with establishment of new transactions

**How you will make an impact**
- Assist with the preparation of term deals including preparation of board papers, documentation, preparation of marketing materials, and manage due diligence process
- Monitor documentation for ongoing compliance and arrange sign-offs of bi-yearly compliance certificates
- Prepare APS120 self-assessments for sign-offs for new deals and monitor existing deals on a regular basis and update self-assessments as required
- Compile presentations for rating agency operational reviews, investor and funding banks

**What you will bring to the role**
- Ideally at least 10 years securitisation industry experience
- Degree Qualified - Accounting, Finance, Economics and/or Legal Degree
- Experience with securitisation transaction documentation preparation, review, sign-off and execution including marketing materials
- Experience with lending operations and compliance teams to manage incidents to resolution
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills required

To be successful in this role you understand residential mortgage operations processes including Australian prudential requirements. You have an excellent analytical and problem-solving skill and you pride yourselves in providing quality results within competing priorities and deadlines
