Team Manager - Retention
Our highly valued Team Manager – Retention based in South Yarra. Your team consists of high‑performing Customer Retention Managers in our Customer Contact Centre, responsible for retaining and supporting customers with their existing home loan needs, including Broker and Organic channels.
You will coach, inspire, and lead the performance and culture of this team. You will play an active role in engaging with key stakeholders across the business to further improve the customer home‑lending experience and continually improve the performance of your team.
Please note: this is a 6 Month Contract.
Performance
- Deliver on the Home Loan retention strategy of Great Southern Bank.
- Ensure the highest quality of compliance and lending through stringent monitoring and supervision processes.
- Successfully and consistently manage the risk profile of your team.
Leadership & Culture
- Lead, coach and inspire your team to achieve their targets and support the development of their careers within Great Southern Bank.
- Create a culture of high performance, setting the standard for the organization and making your team a desired place to work for the wider business.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work with your internal stakeholders to continually improve the process, systems, and customer experience within your product suite.
- Create and sustain positive and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders of the Customer Contact Centre.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years proven sales leadership experience.
- Experience leading with high‑performing teams.
- A track record of setting up teams including designing and implementing business processes.
