As part of a values-driven organisation, you will also contribute to broader organisational accountabilities including continuous improvement, team collaboration, and promoting our mission in all aspects of your work.
Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to workforce engagement and culture, even if not directly managing staff.
- Ensure compliance with reporting, data integrity, and relevant legislative requirements.
- Maintain high-quality standards through documentation, knowledge sharing, and user support.
- Promote zero harm and safe work practices in line with health and safety requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure streamlined service delivery, aligned with organisational goals.
- Participate in quality management and contribute to improvements across systems and services.
- Represent and support the mission and values of Churches of Christ, acting as a role model in all internal and external interactions.
About You
You're an inquisitive problem solver who thrives on transforming data into insights. You bring a collaborative mindset and are comfortable working across departments. You have a solid foundation in data analytics and reporting and ideally have experience working with budgeting tools and supporting implementation projects.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and data visualisation tools.
- Strong working knowledge of multidimensional data models (cubes and dimensions) and relational database systems.
