This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, strategic Account Director to lead account expansion and growth in our major Queensland customers by leveraging Data#3's extensive solutions, capability and partner relationships. You will identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, bring together teams to manage complex sales cycles, and position Data#3 as the strategic partner of choice for established key enterprise, commercial and public sector customers.

In this role you will:
- Lead strategy and business direction for all Data#3 offerings in your territory.
- Develop and manage account plans to achieve deeper penetration and broadening of solutions in accounts.
- Leverage Data#3's solutions and partner technologies to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong CxO-level relationships.
- Collaborate and coordinate teams to ensure all Data#3 engagements with customers are seamless and deliver on customer outcomes.
- Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
About You
- You have extensive proven sales experience in medium-to-large organisations or complex technology sales environments, particularly in IT Services Sales.
- You excel at managing complex, high-value deals and building strong, long-term customer relationships.
- You possess highly developed skills in motivating, influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels to achieve outcomes.
- Your experience includes developing and executing strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and maximise business opportunities.
- You demonstrate strong commercial acumen, with the ability to interpret P&L, balance sheets, and financial reports confidently.
- You are professional, results-driven, and dedicated to continuous improvement and ethical business practices.
