About the Role
The Ecommerce & Digital Manager will be responsible for driving online sales, enhancing customer engagement, and optimising Camec’s omni‑channel experience across both digital and retail platforms. This is a hands‑on and commercially focused role, leading strategy and execution across website management, digital marketing, and digital experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and execute Camec’s eCommerce strategy to drive online and in‑store sales;
- Conduct market research to identify trends, expand the customer database, and uncover growth opportunities;
- Manage pricing strategies, product listings, and inventory to optimise sales performance;
- Lead key digital KPIs including website traffic, conversion rates, CRM activity, and average order value;
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver engaging online campaigns and promotions; and
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and data insights to enhance satisfaction and retention.
About You
You’re a results‑driven digital professional with a passion for delivering seamless customer experiences and tangible commercial outcomes. You’ll bring:
- 4+ years’ experience in eCommerce, retail, or omni‑channel management;
- Proven success in driving online growth and achieving revenue targets;
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento;
- Experience with CRM systems, online marketplaces, and digital marketing tools;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action; and
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Location
This role can be based in either of their Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne based office, with an office‑first, collaborative environment.
