About the Role
As eCommerce Manager for ANZ, you'll be responsible for driving digital growth, elevating the online customer experience, and setting the benchmark for global best practices. You'll lead end-to-end digital operations - from trading and CRM to paid media and performance analytics - in a role that blends local leadership with global influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own eCommerce Performance: Manage digital trading calendars, promotional strategy, and site optimisation to hit revenue and margin targets across ANZ.
- Deliver Seamless Digital Experiences: Ensure every campaign, launch, and site touchpoint delivers a consistent, best-in-class customer journey.
- Lead CRM & Loyalty Initiatives: Work with the global CRM team to execute lifecycle marketing programs that build engagement, retention, and loyalty.
- Optimise Paid Media: Oversee paid campaigns across Search, Display, Social, and Affiliates - ensuring ROI and alignment with brand positioning.
- Act as Regional Advocate: Represent ANZ in global forums, providing insights and feedback that help shape international strategies.
- Grow & Mentor Talent: Lead and develop the eCommerce Coordinator, fostering a high-performing and innovative team environment.
- Data-Driven Improvement: Monitor key metrics using tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, AP21, and Google Analytics to drive ongoing optimisation.
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years' experience in eCommerce, CRM, and digital marketing (retail or consumer brands preferred)
- Proven success hitting sales and engagement targets in fast-paced environments
- Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, AP21, Google Analytics, and key performance marketing platforms
- Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and attribution models
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and mentor talent
- Commercial mindset with strong analytical and executional skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with digital compliance and privacy standards
