We are thrilled to present a unique opportunity for a** Digital & Ecommerce Manager** to join Seed Heritage.

**THE ROLE**:

- Own and manage the day-to-day online trading activities, ensuring the eCommerce platform and online marketplaces meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute CRO strategies to maximise conversion rates and enhance the customer journey.
- Analyse key metrics to provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement across our online business.
- Enhance the online user experience by contributing to data-driven test and learn methodologies.
- Execute (alongside agency partners) the paid performance marketing efforts, across SEM, social and SEO to increase traffic and revenue.
- Work closely with the digital team, marketing, merchandising, and IT to align eCommerce strategies with overall business objectives
- Mentor and develop our eCommerce team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience operating an ecommerce business
and digital marketing channels.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or
Information Technology
- Well-developed communication, time management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment
whilst maintaining composure.
- Exemplary understanding and knowledge of ecommerce,
marketing, and retail
- Understanding of web design and UX standards
