Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Ecommerce Coordinator based in Melbourne, VIC, with flexibility for some remote work. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing online store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, analysing sales trends, maintaining website content, and implementing strategies to enhance traffic and profitability. They will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver effective ecommerce solutions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong E-Commerce skills, including familiarity with online store platforms and understanding of ecommerce operations
  • Analytical Skills to assess sales data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making
  • Customer Service and Communication skills to build positive client relationships and address inquiries effectively
  • Sales experience and the ability to implement strategies to drive conversions and revenue growth
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce tools and platforms such as Shopify is highly desirable
  • Problem-solving ability and an eye for detail to maintain high-quality store content and operations
  • Previous experience in an ecommerce or retail setting is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
