Just Digital People have partnered up to develop and grow the eCommerce presence of this company. With an already highly successful YTD turnover of $50+ million, they are ambitious to continue growth and stamp their mark.

Currently, 85% of their turnover is generated by retail and wholesale, with eCommerce currently only claiming 15% of their turnover. They’re already trading with a large number of stores domestically and across the UK and US, so the platform for the eCommerce side of the business is there to be taken advantage of.

**The Role**:
You will be responsible for creating and implementing the strategic direction for the website and continuously looking for new ways to increase sales, improve conversion and online customer satisfaction. You will need to feel comfortable in a hands-on role, but very focused and successful at managing busy workloads.

You must have strong planning and communication skills and the ability to structure and manage tasks and projects. You will be solution-oriented with a can-do attitude in a very dynamic business environment; being able to build excellent customer relationships and partner with key stakeholders to deliver on key objectives, digital marketing activities, projects on time and to budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute the eCommerce strategy to improve sales, customer engagement and conversion through the online channel.
- Lead and manage a team of eCommerce marketing specialists.
- Work closely with senior members of the Marketing Team to ensure ongoing success and growth of the eCommerce and online spaces.
- Play a crucial role in the execution and delivery of key analytics around fulfilment, customer satisfaction and the overall experience with online trading.
- Provide beneficial insight on the performance of the eCommerce space, through analysis of both anecdotal and data driven reporting.
- Have an influential input with the Director to set and execute complex strategies around customer experience, fulfilment, and web systems output.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3+ years' proven experience working in eCommerce in a commercial retail setting is essential.
- Experience working with Shopify.
- Strong project management/time management skills.
- Extremely analytical and detail oriented.
