An excellent opportunity is available for a friendly and computer savvy Receptionist to join our team as the first point of contact for our customers.

This is a full-time permanent role.

We are a family owned and operated Toyota dealership in the wider Perth metro-area and have been operating for over 40 years. Job Description

How you will make an impact:

- Engaging with customers and building a positive rapport
- Answering any phone calls and allocating emails to the correct department
- Completing licensing for new retail vehicles
- Assisting with additional administrative tasks as required by the Sales team
- Receiving all customer enquiries and handling them accordingly
- Ensuring customer areas are kept clean and tidy
