An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Brisbane office for a Receptionist to join on a full-time basis.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Brisbane office for a Receptionist to join on a full-time basis. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

- Answering internal and external calls for a national switchboard;

- Meeting and greeting valued clients and visitors;

- Booking and scheduling meeting rooms;

- Ordering and receiving couriers;

- Taking orders for and preparing beverages;

- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and data entry;

- General day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks as required;

- Catering and event coordination; and

- Liaising with office contractors and building management.

- Front-office security procedures including visitor sign in processes, issuing access cards

- Identify and report any potential OH&S issues

Who We Are Looking For

This is a great opportunity for a vibrant and intelligent receptionist to join our Brisbane office. The Receptionist will be the face of the firm and the right candidate must be well-presented, professional, personable and articulate. Whilst you will be prominently working autonomously, you will also have the ability to work well within a team environment. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and customer service skills and be able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a corporate reception position is preferred.
