Job Overview

We're seeking a professional and approachable Receptionist to join our Melbourne office. As the first point of contact for clients, you'll play a key role in representing Nexia and ensuring a seamless experience for visitors, callers and staff. The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to develop your skills in administration and client service while working within a supportive team environment. You'll gain valuable experience in a mid-tier accounting firm with training and career pathways available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
- Manage meeting room bookings and prepare for client appointments
- Provide administrative support to the wider team, including filing, scanning and data entry
- Assist with mail, office supplies and maintaining reception and kitchen areas to a professional standard

Requirements

- A positive, professional attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email and calendar tools)
- Previous customer service or reception experience
