About the role This is a part-time(3-4 days /week) Medical Receptionist position located in Rockingham, WA 6168. As a Medical Receptionist at South Coast Gynaecology, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice.What you'll be doingGreeting and welcoming patients in a friendly and professional mannerScheduling appointments and managing the practice's calendarHandling patient inquiries and providing excellent customer serviceMaintaining accurate patient records and updating electronic medical recordsAssisting with outpatient and Eclipse billing and insurance-related tasksPerforming general administrative duties to support the medical teamWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a specialist medical practice( Ideally surgical related )Proficiency in using Genie software (>2 year experience)Minimum of 3+ years experience as a medical receptionist +/-secretarial experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, clinicians, and colleaguesExcellent organisational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks efficientlyA keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate patient recordsA friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanour to provide a positive patient experienceAustralian work rights and reliable transport are required for this positionWhat we offer At south coast gynaecology, we value our employees and strive to create a supportive and collaborative work environment.Competitive remunerationFlexible work arrangements to support work-life balance
