Role
We’re currently looking for a motivated Administration Officer to join our friendly team in SwAnbank. This role will also be supporting the Weighbridge Operations. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday on a rotating roster, with the occasional Saturday shift.
If you bring previous administration experience, literacy skills and are confident talking to people, we’d love to hear from you. If you also have experience in logistics or waste, even better.
Responsibilities
- Help manage the weighbridge onsite
- Support the transfer station with invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and general admin duties
- Speak with customers about overdue payments
- Process vehicles entering and exiting the site
- Keep accurate records and help with monthly reports
- Help drivers with queries and manual dockets
- Use our internal systems to track jobs and data
- Be part of a supportive team, pitching in across different admin tasks
You’ll enjoy this job if you
