Responsibilities

- Provide product demos and training to explain functionality and ensure that solutions are well-integrated into our client’s businesses.

- Maintain pre and post-sale relationships and support onboarding, ongoing projects (e.g., rebrands), and client success initiatives.

- Onboard new branches within client organisations and ensure smooth integrations.

- Conduct webinars and plan/roll out product updates to explain new features.

- Answer customer questions on product features and work with internal teams to troubleshoot issues.

- Assist with retention at the renewal stage and collaborate with Solutions Leaders and sales teams to service customers at scale.

- Analyse data to identify risks and opportunities for sales.

- Facilitate sharing of client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams to align product features with customer needs.

Ideal Person / Qualifications

- Essentials – Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college.

- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

- Proven ability to embed products and services at the customer level.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to organise, prioritise, meet deadlines and work well in a fast-paced environment.

- Demonstrate business and commercial acumen and financial awareness.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to provide solutions aligned with client needs.

- Tech-savvy with accurate administrative skills.

- Nice to haves – Real Estate, tech or SaaS industry experience.
