About the Role

As a Solutions & Implementations Specialist and under the wing of an experienced Solutions Leader, you will be a go-to expert for our Agent Solutions product suite - helping our sales teams articulate value, sell more and retain our Real Estate Agency customers across an assigned region. You will support with product demos to help clients get maximum value out of our tech solutions and further embed Domain as an essential partner to their business functions.

In a typical day you can expect to:

  • Partner closely with our Agency Sales Teams to create and deliver sales pitches that articulate value to customers, and support with technical expertise throughout the sales journey.

  • Provide product demos and training webinars to explain benefits and ensure that solutions are well-integrated into our client's businesses.

  • Facilitate the sharing of client feedback to Sales, Marketing and Product teams to understand opportunities for product improvements.

  • Support conversations at the time of contract renewal to ensure that valuable clients are retained and continue to get the most value out of the solutions.

  • Attend sales meetings and corporate roadshows.

  • Continually provide insights on market conditions such as competitor activity, as well as potential barriers and opportunities.

  • Expand your knowledge to become an industry expert within the Real Estate tech solutions space.

Our Ideal Person:

ESSENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college.

  • Strong account management experience.

  • A sales background working in (or with) the Real Estate industry.

  • Experience with new business development.

  • Comfortable being client-facing and presenting in sales meetings.

  • Familiarity with CRM system functions.

  • Valid Australian drivers license and own reliable vehicle (car allowance provided).

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Tech / SaaS industry experience.

  • Technical and/or training experience with Saas platforms.
