Role duration: 12 month contract. You will own a portfolio of property developer clients across NSW, working under the guidance of an experienced Sales Leader. This is a consultative solution selling role, conducted virtually and in-person as needed, with emphasis on revenue growth, deepening customer relationships, new product adoption and brand loyalty.

Responsibilities

- Consultative solution selling to property developer clients across NSW, in-person and virtually.
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships and deep understanding of each client’s business needs.
- Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle—from initial meetings and demonstrations to building a business case, contract execution, and reporting on account performance.
- Present Domain insights to key stakeholders and participate in customer events and sales meetings.
- Strategise and implement business growth initiatives; occasionally support activity for Key Accounts during busy periods.
- Proactively introduce new and featured products to solve client problems and enable achievement of client goals.
- Provide world-class customer service by resolving client queries and operational/account issues efficiently.
- Provide market feedback on competitor activities, sales tactics and marketing initiatives; identify barriers and opportunities.
- Expand knowledge to become an industry expert on tech solutions for the Real Estate Developer space.

Ideal Candidate

ESSENTIALS: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; proven success in B2B consultative selling/account management; comfortable with longer sales cycles; experience crafting custom product solutions; ability to negotiate and handle objections; curiosity about data and Real Estate; confident public speaking; drive and resilience to meet sales targets; ability to communicate ROI through storytelling; own reliable vehicle with ability to visit clients (car allowance provided).

NICE TO HAVES: Any combination of sales experience in Real Estate, Media, Advertising or Software; face-to-face sales experience; proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM.
