Key Responsibilities

- Support the daily operations of the organisation’s network infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and high availability.

- Perform incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution of network-related issues.

- Manage and maintain Cisco routing and switching environments.

- Support and configure Palo Alto firewalls to enhance network security.

- Work closely with internal teams to improve network performance and implement best practices.

- Provide documentation and technical support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Requirements

- Strong experience in Cisco routing and switching within an enterprise environment.

- Hands-on expertise with Palo Alto firewalls, including configuration and troubleshooting.

- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues in a timely manner.

- Experience working in operational support roles within large organisations.

Desirable Skills

- Exposure to Versa SD-WAN or Palo Alto SASE solutions.

- Familiarity with financial institution network environments and security standards.

- Experience with automation and scripting for network management.
