We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to play a key role in shaping the infrastructure that powers our products and drives our growth.
In this high-impact position, you'll:
- Accelerate innovation by improving deployment infrastructure to support rapid delivery of new features and products
- Drive operational efficiency through DevOps best practices, automation, and intelligent cloud resource management
- Ensure scalability and reliability of systems critical to customer experience and business continuity
- Champion cloud-native technologies and contribute to modernising our infrastructure and development practices
- Improve time-to-market with streamlined CI/CD pipelines and enhanced developer tooling
- Strengthen security and compliance across our cloud environments and delivery processes
- Enable smarter decisions through robust monitoring, logging, and observability tooling
- Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and mentoring peers
This is more than a technical role. It's an opportunity to influence our platform's evolution and help shape engineering excellence across the company.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes and AWS – including EKS, infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), and cloud-native architecture
- Strong DevOps engineering experience – with a focus on automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational excellence
- Delivery mindset – ability to execute on technical roadmap items and contribute to sprint outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Autonomous problem solver – high ownership, initiative, and a solutions-first approach
- Collaborative team player – excellent communication skills and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Security-conscious mindset – understands the importance of secure-by-design infrastructure and compliance best practices
