Project Controller - Finance/Project Finance Specialist

As our new Project Controller you will support our team of professionals working in the APAC region to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to our clients across the Environment and Health, Energy, Transport, Architecture and Landscape and Water markets. A strong customer service ethic and ability to multitask is vital for this role. You will present a positive “can-do” attitude and be a self-starter within a team of dedicated professionals. Reporting to the Head of Business Finance APAC, your role is preferably based at Ramboll’s Perth Office.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced project controller with sound technical knowledge who can strengthen project controlling governance in the Asia Pacific region, currently operating across 8 countries and multiple Ramboll markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the financial performance of projects, implement various global and local initiatives relating to project financial management, ensuring integrity of project financials, process controls and preparation of management reports relating to projects. You will work closely with the Country Market Director, Heads of Departments and Project Managers to guide and supervise the team of project managers and administrators.

This role base in our Perth Office, but happy to open to Sydney/Melbourne for right candidate.

Qualifications

The desired skills and experience for this role are:

- Master/advanced degree in Commerce, Finance or Business administration
- 6 to 7 years of relevant experience in Project Controllership/ Project administration work, preferably with an engineering and consultancy company.
- Knowledge of Maconomy/SAP/Oracle or other similar ERP system.
- MS Excel & Power point skills at Expert level, Knowledge of PowerBI would be an advantage.
