The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Group Contracts Administrator to drive consistency and excellence in contract management across a diverse portfolio of industrial, infrastructure, mining, and energy projects—ranging from $200K to $30M+. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this strategic role will support multiple business units and senior stakeholders nationally, with occasional international travel as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining robust records and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
- Risk & Compliance: Identify and mitigate commercial risks, ensure BIF Act compliance, and maintain up-to-date registers aligned with company policies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure strong communication and contract performance across all phases.
What You’ll Bring
- Solid experience in Contracts Administration within the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian Standard contracts and BIF Act requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-value, high-risk contracts.
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation capability, and attention to detail.
