About the role

We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Real Estate Contracts and Support Star to join our team at Explore Property Corporate in Townsville.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the documentation associated with selling a property. You'll also work on other areas of support for our franchised businesses.

What you'll be doing

  1. Drafting, reviewing, and managing listing and sale documents through a database and associated software programmes.
  2. Working within our corporate team to provide support to the network in a variety of areas.

What we're looking for

  1. Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
  2. Strong understanding of contract management and administrative best practices.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
  4. Proficient in using relevant software and technology, such as VaultRE, real works plus others.
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with others.
  6. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
