Each venue will have its own unique identity, creating exceptional food and drinks and unforgettable experiences, right on the doorstep of Coogee’s sun-soaked coastline.

We are on the lookout for chefs to join us in this exciting, multi‑faced, gastronomic journey. The venues are high‑end, with open‑concept kitchens offering an interactive guest dining experience. The kitchen is the heart of the restaurant, fully open‑concept and well‑equipped with the latest modern conveniences. The menu, headed up by Jordan Toft, is inspired by the best seasonal and local produce, pulling flavours from the Mediterranean and Europe, with an interior to match.

Experience

This is a great opportunity to join the stable and talented team at Mimi’s, Coogee’s premium dining experience. What you can bring:

- 2+ years of experience as a CDP or Demi Chef.

- Experience in hatted, fine‑dining restaurants or similar.

- Organised, well‑presented, and professional.

- Can manage a section and train junior chefs.

- Ability to work in an open, fast‑paced kitchen and interact with dining guests.

- Enjoy working with premium produce and can deliver consistency.
