As part of our team, you will collaborate with other experienced clinicians in a nurturing, professional environment that values your expertise and dedication.* **Access to Diverse Clients:** Engage with notable clients from both public and private sectors, broadening your professional horizons.* **Flexible Hours:** Set your own schedule – choose to be on-call, work weekdays, weekends, or just during the day.* **Supportive Team:** Become part of a network of like-minded professionals with ample resources and comprehensive training.* **Managed Calendar:** We handle all your incoming referrals through our advanced case management system, allowing you to schedule subsequent sessions at times that suit you and your clients.**Ideal Candidates Will Have:*** **Professional Registration:** Registered as a Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor (PACFA or ACA level 3) with 3+ years of experience.* **Counselling Expertise:** Proven ability in short-term counselling.* **Clinical Skills:** Experience managing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger.* **Communication Experience:** Prior experience in face-to-face or telephone counselling.* **Organizational Skills:** Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.* **Technical Proficiency:** Comfort with IT-based case management systems (training provided).***Please Note:******As a contractor, you must hold or be willing to obtain an A.C.N business registration; A.B.N will be considered on an individual basis***We’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
