Job Description

1. Provide top-quality customer service, addressing client enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
2. Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular interaction and excellent communication.
3. Collaborate with the Secretarial & Business Support department to ensure seamless service delivery.
4. Document customer interactions for future reference and to improve service quality.
5. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
6. Stay updated on the company's services and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
7. Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
8. Uphold the company's reputation by adhering to professional standards and ethics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Service Representative should have:
