About the Role

- Preparing role descriptions, job ads and interview packs with accuracy and attention to detail

- Coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates, hiring managers and agency partners

- Providing an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience through clear, professional communication

- Supporting temporary agency engagements, reference checks and recruitment records management

- Contributing to process improvements and broader People & Culture initiatives

About You

- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal

- Strong organisational and time management abilities

- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with adaptability in a changing environment

- High attention to detail, confidentiality and accuracy in administration

- Confidence in juggling multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders engaged
