Recruitment Consultant – Early Childhood & OSHC | Brisbane

What you'll do

  • Manage a busy 360 recruitment desk across temp and contract roles.
  • Source and place top educators quickly to meet urgent client needs.
  • Drive business growth by building new client relationships and growing existing accounts.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while balancing speed and quality.

What you'll bring

  • Proven success in
    recruitment, business development, or sales
    .
  • Experience in workforce planning, rostering, or scheduling (highly desirable).
  • Commercial drive with strong relationship-building and lead generation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative, high-performing team.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence, full working rights, and willingness to obtain a Volunteer WWCC.

  • Salary: $70,000–$80,000 (commensurate with experience) + quarterly team bonus

The details

  • Location:
    Brisbane CBD
  • Shifts:
    Rotating roster with early starts from 6:30 am or later finishes up to 6:30 pm, plus occasional weekend work.
