The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to work on Australia's leading commercial litigation and disputes matters, including
class actions, regulatory inquiries, corporate investigations, and reputationally significant cases
. You'll gain exposure to multi-jurisdictional work, advising on contentious and sensitive issues across the globe.

You will work alongside experienced partners on complex, high-profile matters, with responsibility and support tailored to your experience. Senior Associates can expect greater autonomy, access to headline matters, and the opportunity to act as 2iC to top-tier partners.

About You

  • A confident, admitted lawyer with
    demonstrable experience
    in commercial litigation, disputes, investigations, and corporate/compliance risk
  • Strong academic credentials, combined with
    sound practical judgment and commercial awareness
  • Committed to
    building a long-term career in disputes
    with motivation to accelerate your development
  • Thrive in
    collaborative, high-performing teams
    and are drawn to
    meaningful, high-quality work
  • Strong drafting and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to
    manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
