We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Sales to join Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park. This is not just a management role — it’s an opportunity for a true sales hunter to make their mark by winning new business, growing market share, and positioning our property as a top destination for corporate, group, and leisure clients.
You will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for driving aggressive sales strategies, forging new partnerships, and ensuring Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park achieves and exceeds commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with a hunter mindset
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue
- Build strong corporate and group networks across Melbourne and beyond
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts to achieve ambitious sales goals
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure brand alignment
