
Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who would focus on growing SaaS revenue for Tes software solutions by identifying opportunities and engaging key stakeholders. As a BDE, you'll manage a defined product portfolio, build an active pipeline through outbound calls and inbound leads, and drive new business across Australia and New Zealand. Strong product knowledge is required to showcase solutions, navigate diverse sales cycles, and identify cross-sell opportunities. Success depends on being self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to market changes. The role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team and help shape the future of school SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and key performance metrics set by the business.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to build pipeline, progress deals, and close sales.
- Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and opportunity assessments.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure clean, organized data management.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and product positioning.
- Drive TES software sales growth, expanding market penetration in line with targets.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, applying consistent processes and methodology.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers to uncover new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Operations, and Product teams to maximize sales outcomes.
- Flexibility to work outside standard time zones when required.
- Occasional travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.

This role is based working from our Hawthorne office. It's a hybrid position - working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
