About the Role

We are looking for an experience breakfast CDP to join the team. This is a great role for someone that is looking to work mainly breakfast and lunch shifts. You will be working in a team of 3 - 4 chefs to deliver an excellent breakfast buffet offering to guests and support conferencing and events for lunch.

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience working in a busy hotel, club or event centre.

- Experience across different sections with a strong understanding of bulk cooking and buffet experience.

- Ability to train and mentor junior staff and maintain consistency.

- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

- Attention to detail, well-presented and high standards of cleanliness.

- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, while still delivering a high standard.
