Key Responsibilities:
- Control the function of their section and assist in contributing to the overall Food and Beverage Department profit.
- Ensure all menus and food produced in their section is to the standards set down by the management team.
- Advise the management team on ways to minimise waste.
- Develop and conduct on-the-job training sessions with all staff at lower levels
