We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dining experiences, crafted with the freshest ingredients and a creative touch. We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dedicated kitchen team.

Role: As a Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen brigade, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
  • Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
  • Assisting with the management of health and safety and food hygiene practices
  • Managing and training kitchen staff
  • Monitoring portion and waste control
  • Acting up in Head Chef capacity where required

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Diploma in Commercial Cookery
  • 2+ years experience
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures and compliance obligations
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, and an ability and willingness to resolve issues with appropriate, creative solutions
