Our Client
Our client is one of Sydney's leading independent Real Estate Agencies with multiple offices in the North West / Hills suburbs of Sydney. They are highly regarded for their modern approach, their high-performance / award-winning results and their vibrant corporate culture.
The Role
Responsible for driving GCI income of 25+ agents, and an overall responsibility for training / motivating their Assistants and Associates, this role will see you focused on:
Responsibilities
- Development and management of Agent metrics
- Sales Agent performance including 1:1's and monitoring KPI's
- Delivering team training sessions and running monthly sales meetings
- Recruitment including identifying & nurturing a talent pool and interviewing / onboarding
- Ensure compliance with all Legislation (with support from HR)
- Handle all elevated issues or complaints to ensure the Company's reputation is maintained
- Keep abreast of the market to identify key trends or potential acquisition opportunities for growth
Specific requirements
- You will be a proven Real Estate leader
- Have a current Real Estate & drivers License
- Ideally local area knowledge and live within a comfortable commute
