We have an opportunity for you to join Samsung Electronics Australia as our Sales & Logistics Manager in the Consumer Electronics - Home Appliances team. In this role, you will provide commercial leadership and operations management to ensure the Quarterly Commercial Deals (QCD) are communicated and executed on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring all plans remain on track and matched with the right inventory. You will close the gap between sales and operations to deliver seamless joint plans and to enhance communication, allowing sales to invest in customer facing time and operations (SCM) to develop and execute high impact operational efficiencies.**Role and Responsibilities*** Manage effective communication and detailed plans for both sales and SCM to ensure the just in time model is executed – delivering operational efficiencies* Collate monthly/quarterly sales forecasts, sales targets and promotional activities (by account and SKUs), and communicating it to the SCM team* Review state requirements with SCM to ensure the right stock is in the right location at the right time – enhancing profit and operational efficiency and improving execution and customer service level agreements.* Lead pre-SCM meetings to ensure the official SCM is dedicated to Sireng plans and KPIs, providing recommendations to improve and clear decision making.* Manage other reporting, analysis and forecasts (including Collaborative Planning Forecast and Replenishment (CPFR))**Skills and Qualifications*** Proven experience in commercial or account management* Experience in managing sales forecasts, planning and analysis* Experience with SCM and driving operational efficiencies* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail* Strong communication skills and relationship management* Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsAt the heart of our DNA is the pursuit of excellence and bringing innovation to everyone, faster than anyone.
