We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Sales Manager – NSW to lead a high-performing state team, drive results, and deliver exceptional experiences for older Australians and their families. This is a key leadership role, balancing people leadership, sales execution, and commercial strategy.
What you’ll do
- Lead, coach and inspire a geographically dispersed team of Sales Professionals to deliver reservation, settlement, and price growth targets.
- Embed consistent, values-led sales practices that create an Everyday Exceptional customer experience.
- Partner closely with Operations, Marketing, and Development to align local sales and marketing strategies with business goals.
- Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and refine strategy.
- Drive accountability through performance management, coaching, and development to build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure sales funnel discipline and data accuracy within Salesforce CRM.
What you’ll bring
- Proven success leading and developing high-performing sales teams across multiple sites or regions.
- Background in retirement living, residential real estate, land lease, or lifestyle communities is strongly preferred, with proven experience leading customer-focused, relationship-based sales teams.
- Commercial acumen and analytical capability to translate market insights into action.
- Strength in coaching, influencing, and building capability within a performance-driven culture.
- Experience in long or relationship-based sales cycles, balancing empathy with results.
- Confident user of CRM and digital sales tools (Salesforce preferred).
